bG Gallery Online Platform Refund Policy:

Artwork can be returned up to 7 days after it is received for store credit.

You will receive an e-giftcard or coupon code for the value of your purchase that can be used for future purchases from bggalleryshop.com. There are no cash returns. 

Customer pays for return shipping.

SHIPPING

Client pays shipping at checkout where the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the package and your location.  Shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. Within the US small packages are under $100 medium packages 100-400, large packages $600-2100.  Handling time 10 days shipping time 2 weeks within the USA. 6 Weeks outside the US (express shipping via DHL available on request).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
